The source of Yang, primal Fire inside of our bodies lies in Ming Men  命門 ( acu-point DU4- “Fire of our Vitality”, “Gate of Life” ) where the original life essence of the individual is based. We are warm-blooded beings, and from this Gate of Vitality comes our ability to be warm. When we die the Gate of Vitality Fire goes out, our bodies grow cold and we cease to live. But we are still alive, at least we are reading these lines,, which means that we have enough Yang and essence in this position. Anatomically, it is connected with space bellow L2- second lumbar vertebra. MingMen is location between Kidneys, and it is also connected with DanTian- space bellow navel. Feel the warmth in this position, you can also visualize red hot ball bellow your navel. Connect yourself with the Sun Energy.
