13 moon Calendar is a logical and natural way of counting the cycle of 365 days.

 

Instead of 12 months with irregular number of days, the year is measured with 13 moons where each moon has exactly 28 days.

Instead of word month, we use the latin origin word - moon, as it is feminine gender.

 

In most of the cultures, moon represents feminine energy, while the sun represents male energy.

 

13 moons x 28 days = 364 days + 1 “Day Out of Time”

which makes total of 365 days.

 

The Day Out of Time is the celebration of Peace throught culture, it is the day of forgivenes, the day that marks the ending of one year and the beginning of a new year.

 

13 Moon Calendar is a solar-lunar calendar, where 365 days represents the measure of needed days for the Earth to orbit the Sun (solar cycle), while 28 days are refering to the average measure of synodic and sidereal cycle of moon (lunar cycle).

First day of The New Year starts on the 26th of July, the same as 1st of January with Gregorian calendar.
